Never Have I...
At Real Girl Puberty, we love taking the awkwardness of talking about puberty and turning it into fun slumber party-style games. The Spring 2021 issue features the Friendship Musical Chairs game, and this month on Instagram, we added “Never Have I…” – Puberty edition. Not only is it a fun game, but it’s also a deep conversation starter. Grab your girl and get the fun started.

Puberty sucks and it’s my mission to help it suck a little less. And I couldn’t be happier that you’re here!
Hello! I’m Crystal Gozaydin, the creator and founder of Real Girl Puberty.
I started Real Girl Puberty and Real Girl Puberty magazine as a way to show up for the younger version of myself. Puberty was a horrible experience for me because I didn’t know what to expect. I was too embarrassed to talk to anyone about it and that made it worse.
My hope is that Real Girl Puberty magazine will help moms and their puberty girls navigate the life changes brought on during puberty.
I am not a puberty expert or health care professional. But thankfully I have some great friends who are :). Each seasonally released issue of Real Girl Puberty magazine includes contributions from health professionals and/or experts in the relevant fields.
New issues of Real Girl Puberty magazine are released on the first day of each season. Make sure to log in and get access to each issue.
Thank you so much for joining the conversation! And if you want to get more involved, check out the Real Girl Puberty Collaborate page to connect.
Puberty?! Yeah, we’re going to talk about it.
